If you need to add something else to an existing order, you can place a new order and choose the Pick up option on the checkout page.

Then, add a note such as "Please combine with my other order" in the Order comments field.

You will then not be charged any additional shipping costs and we will combine orders and ship them together.

In some cases, you may still get a "Your order is ready for pickup" email or message. Please ignore this and instead, you can track the order from the tracking info email you'll also receive.

🚨 Important: We can only combine orders if we have not already processed the earlier order. You will have received an Order Update email if it's already been processed, and if this is the case, we'll be in touch!
