Our shipping and delivery policy.

Our store operates from New Zealand and primarily caters to customers within the country. However, we do offer shipping to other locations.

Please be aware that some of our brands cannot be shipped outside of New Zealand. Any shipping restrictions will be noted on the product page on our website, and upon checkout.

Delivery - New Zealand

🎯 We target same-day or overnight dispatch, with tracked courier.

Parcels will be sent from New Zealand by tracked courier. Orders over $100 will generally be sent with a photo required service.

We target overnight dispatch (Monday-Friday) for orders received before midday. If your address is Rural Delivery it may delay the parcel by 1-2 days.

In some situations, your order may be sent in separate packages. This will be detailed on your email confirmation and packing slip.


Delivery - Australia

We currently have a flat fee of $25 for orders shipped to Australia, however for large orders or certain delivery addresses, we may need to adjust this. We will contact you in such a case.

Delivery - United Kingdom and Rest of the World

We currently have an estimated fee of $50 for orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Rest of the World, however for large orders or certain delivery addresses, we may need to adjust this. We will contact you in such a case.

We realise this is expensive and likely not feasible, however, we have the option in case you want it.

Pickup

You can pick up your order from our downtown Tauranga office during usual business hours, at 78 First Avenue, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

πŸ’‘ We're inside Foundation Clinic, and you'll find your parcel at reception.

It'll usually be ready for pickup on the same day (during business hours) - you'll get an update via email (and sometimes WhatsApp) when it's ready for pickup.

🚨 Important: Please bring some ID with you.

If you require something urgently, contact us to ensure we're around (and not out running!)

Tracking

When your order is packed and ready to go, you'll be sent an update via email (and sometimes WhatsApp). This will include your tracking information.


Delivery Charges

Pick Up:

Free

VIP Members:

Free shipping NZ-wide on all orders over $150.00.


​All other orders:

  • New Zealand Flat Rate: $8.50

  • Rural Delivery: $14.00

  • Australia: $25.00 - please see note above regarding large orders and certain delivery addresses.

  • United Kingdom: roughly $50 - please see note above regarding large orders and certain delivery addresses.

  • Rest of the world - we don't offer shipping elsewhere on our shop, however if you are keen on something, please contact us as we may be able to help.


Delivery Delays

If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this. In such cases, you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund in respect of those products that will not be delivered (if any).

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
