Our shipping and delivery policy.

Delivery

🎯 We target same-day or overnight dispatch, with tracked courier.

Parcels will be sent from New Zealand by tracked courier. Orders over $100 will generally be sent with a photo required service.

We target overnight dispatch (Monday-Friday) for orders received before midday. If your address is Rural Delivery it may delay the parcel by 1-2 days.

In some situations, your order may be sent in separate packages. This will be detailed on your email confirmation and packing slip.


Pickup

You can pick up your order from our downtown Tauranga office during usual business hours, at 78 First Avenue, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

πŸ’‘ We're inside Foundation Clinic, and you'll find your parcel at reception.

It'll usually be ready for pickup on the same day (during business hours) - you'll get an update via email (and sometimes WhatsApp) when it's ready for pickup.

🚨 Important: Please bring some ID with you.

If you require something urgently, contact us to ensure we're around (and not out running!)

Tracking

When your order is packed and ready to go, you'll be sent an update via email (and sometimes WhatsApp). This will include your tracking information.


Delivery Charges

Pick Up:

Free

VIP Members:

Free shipping NZ-wide on all orders over $150.00.


​All other orders:

  • New Zealand Flat Rate: $8.50

  • Rural Delivery: $14.00

  • Australia: $25.00
    ​


Shipping Locations

  • New Zealand wide

  • Australia - we can generally ship most items to Australia, but there are a few restrictions, including Tailwind Nutrition. We will contact you in such a case.

  • Rest of the world - we don't offer shipping elsewhere on our shop, however if you are keen on something, please contact us as we may be able to help.


Delivery Delays

If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this. In such cases, you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund in respect of those products that will not be delivered (if any).

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
