Can I return an item?

If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return within 30 days, and provide you with one of the following options:

  • store credit

  • a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price

  • or an exchange.

๐Ÿšจ Important: Returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact.

If you are exchanging a product for a different size, we will not charge you additional courier costs.

If you enjoyed free shipping on your order and then return items, we may deduct our shipping costs associated with your order from any refund amount. Please contact us if you'd like confirmation of what this cost would be.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.


How to return an item

1. Open the chat messenger in the bottom right corner.

2. Select I'd like to return or swap something from the options.

3. Follow the prompt to create your Shop Return ticket.

4. We'll then email you instructions on how to get your item back to us.


What if an item is faulty?

If something breaks or falls apart on you, please contact us and we'll figure out what's best to do, be it a repair or replacement.
